Okay so I’ve got a lot of potential routines in the mix and want to get everyone’s thoughts… First, as I’ve been into prostate massaging for almost two years, (WOW to those who have yet to indulge) I’ve been looking into increasing the bliss of my sessions with and without my massager.
1 - With a friends help and a good bit of research it seems that using Horny Goat Weed – Prostate Essentials – and Catuaba Bark (And or potentially GNC’s Staminol which contains most of those ingredients) is the way to go with this.
2 – The second routine I’m focusing on is to have harder erections, to hopefully deal with potential EQ issues. So I’m looking into the pistachio route to see if that would help.
3 - The third routine deals with DanTheMan8910’s basic formula drink for bigger loads and a harder erections.
So I suppose my first question is, two and three more or less overlap, with two being the cheaper and simpler, though the third seems to be more effective, so is my logic correct in this? As there is more than one route to the same destination, I suppose of those two (or better ones if you know any) routines I’d like thoughts on what is more effective to get better EQ and increase ejaculate.
4 - Also as I’m using the PF and
X30 I want to add supps into the mix to aid with the PE routines. With that said, I read a lot about taking both arginine and citrulline together to do just that. Again, there are many routes to this, but considering everything I’m trying to accomplish (if doing so at the same time makes sense) would these supps be the right ones to start with to aid with my PE exercises?
Now if you’re seeing overlap by now that’s because I’m sure there is. But this is based on my basic research with a specific attempt to keep myself organized. So as always I appreciate your time and help in advance!
