I wanted to add that there are tons of other modalities for doing cardio that are even more beneficial than cycling that don't cause ed, and are more fun in my opinion. Things like:
Swimming- possibly the best all-around form of exercise one can do. It's aerobic and anaerobic at the same time, extremely forgiving on the joints, and it's just really fun.
Rowing- either for real or on a concept 2 rower. Rowing works the legs, core, and pulling muscles and is a really great way to do anaerobic cardio.
Skiing- either for real or on a concept 2 ski erg. The ski erg and rower are huge in crossfit for good reason- because they work the shit out of you but they're also really fun to use and light on the joints.
Jumping rope, especially double unders. Also a staple of crossfit for good reason.
Boxing or martial arts can be taxing and fun as well.
And then of course you can always lift weights but shorten your rest times to make them more cardio intensive. Hope this helps.
