K, I know the 'cord' that you are refering to, tbh I didn't really pay it much attention jus thinking it was penis stuff being tighter together as you stretch out. Anyway, I'm pretty sure that you WOULDN'T be able stretch to floor, as you say, without it. There asre other resistors such as corpus, urethra, suspensory, skin that have a limit until worked on.
