Flaccid size is best enlarged using Lazy Ass Stretches, Uncle Jim's Strapping Method and The Vimax Extender. One, or preferably all, use of these techniques will get your flaccid size closer to your erect.

girth and PC work are pretty key to flaccid size I have found.

Yes you wear it all day. I think 2-3 hours of use before resetting the stretch is best. I also think that manual length work should be done first and then the VIMAX can be worn throughout the rest of the day, this will allow you to keep the flaccid stretch all day.
