I have had good gains in the last 4 months. I stretch everyday or nearly everyday and use the Bathmate and an extender about 2 hours a day. I think by the 6 month mark, I will have gained an inch bone pressed. I have gained 3/4 of an inch in bone pressed at the 4 month mark. I am very diligent and very very precise on my measurements as well. I just think it takes a lot of diligence and you must do the exercises correctly. I see a lot of guys with 8 posts that dont have any gains but my guess is they dont know what they are doing or are not being constant with it. I think intensity is a lot of it. You have to really pull on your stuff to get movement, a little stretch isnt gonna get it out. Good luck
