I have been testing out my stretching techinques lately, I have become a life time stretcher. DLD has made me my own Master Penis Enlargement Length/Girth Routine, with my stretches and girth workouts as well as his all incorporated together.

Since I have been on all these drugs, it is almost impossible for me to stay flaccid while I stretch. So I first have had to come up with the most best and possible way to get the best grip. "Spontex Dish Rubber Gloves" They havea non slip grip and surpass baby powder and latex gloves by a long shot. And then Last forever. Get them at any grocery Store, in the Dish Soap Isle. I have included a pic as well.

Second I have noticed that with Semi Flaccid Stretching, I can stretch my CC and CS as well as my ligs and tunica. This is absolute amazing to do. I know everyone preaches flaccid, flaccid, flaccid. DLD himself does them semi flaccid as well, I assure you that this is ground breaking. My penis get a better stretch than it ever has before with just being flaccid. I can attribute this and everything else that I am doing to my new and continuous up hill gains.

Honestly, I never stretch 100% flaccid, I dont feel enough to know that I am doing anything. Let me tell you, when you get in that A-Strech for the DLD Blasters or just a regualr A-stretch, semi flaccid you will feel your Tunica, ligs and CC and CS stretch like never before. It is a lot harder to grip, IE, the New gloves that I have bought. Amazing I can say in the least. My faorite stretch for Semi Flaccid is the Supra POFULS, the DLD Pulse 110's, DLD PLYO Blasters and the Regular good old A-Stretch.

Here is a basic Routnine

Basic Stretching Warm up 30 second hold in each Direction
Basic Stretching


DLD Pulse 110's 3 sets of 50 DLD Pulse 110's

Supra's POFULS/ DLD PLYO BLASTERS 3-5 Sets of the whole Rountine
Supra's POFULS/DLD PLYO BLASTERS

Once you have completeed those you can move onto your girth routine of Supra Slammers or Girth Busters or whatever you do, or just do Lazy Ass Stretching, DLD and mine's personal favorites

Another routine that has been put to rest since the arrival of the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging. Nowadays, you can gain quicker than before.
