I have the same problem with manual work. I've been using a bib hanger consistently for three months and gained 3/4's in NBPenis EnlargementL. I highly recommend hanging for younger guys who haven't made much gains from manual work
I have a theory that us younger guys (I'm 20), have younger stronger penis tissue, ligaments, tunica etc... and need A LOT more tension in deforming the penis. From what i seen all the big gainers from manual work are guys in their mid 30's and up.
As for the the SRT routine, for those who can't partake in every thing. I think we can all adapt it to our own routines.
I've added Cortisone cream after hang session, Uncle Jims Wrap 6, 1 hour sessions, and a cock ring after light Bathmate session
My flaccid hang is already improving!
