Understanding diet and exercise is very important in doing a complete transformation of size. The importance diet and exercise to penis size is just as important as the exercises and rest of the
SRT Routine. We will look at penis size in this topic in two ways, Natural size and Forced size. Natural size is in relationship to your penis and it's natural size in relationship to your body size. An example of natural size increase would be loosing 1" of fat pad and gaining 1" of visual, natural penis. A loss that is a gain A Forced gain would be how diet and exercise effect blood flow, in penis enlargement, to force new gains. An example of this would be someone who switches from eating junk food to a healthier diet and starts to include exercise, this person would make better gains due to an increased blood flow and a stronger, healthier body.
The type of changes you will need to make will not be difficult and to the degree you listen you will benefit. This means, you do not need to go full out, you can use my diet as an outline to your own. My diet in this 3 month trial will be strict and require certain supplements and exercise. I know my system will work as I have used it before (see ALPHA+BLADE) to lose 140 pounds and expose almost 100% of my penis, meaning I had virtually no fat pad. In addition, I had a flaccid length measurement close to my erect which was a very cool thing. My energy levels were massive, my mind worked quickly, creatively an efficiently. I was able to change my entire life using the diet and the exercises and now coupled with the
SRT work, this is truly my best work yet. It is coming close to what my dream of A+B was, a total body, mind and spirit change.
I think the best way to show this diet is by going through the reasons the Alpha+ Blade diet is so effective.
First and foremost we are putting ourselves through a week long detox that will include a 28 day minimal fasting. This is very important on a few levels. Psychologically, many of us have become addicted to certain foods and food behaviors. We have become obsessed with eating and we have chosen many foods that are not consistent with the goals we choose to accomplish.
It has become very easy to fall into eating behaviors that are counterproductive to our goals in life. Fast food has become so cheap and accessible that it starts to make sense after a while. Food costs are at a all time high and the recession the world is braving does not hep in our mission. I love the idea of a dinner that costs less than $5 that is instant! McDonald's and BurgerKing, and the like, monopolize on this and have made fast food whats for dinner. Bless their hearts as many would not be able to afford to eat otherwise, terrible world we live in. I will help you get around budget and make a diet that will be healthy and productive in your goals.
If you already have a great diet and exercise routine please stick with it! I am bringing my diet forth for those who need it. Remember, a healthy diet and exercise routine can expose a lot of penis hidden by the fat pad. In addition to looking great you will also feel that much more confident in the flaccid area!
Money is a big part of what diet is built on, I understand that and will take that into account. I will build this diet on a very strict budget and the exercise will be free. You can of course substitute exercises, equipment and gym memberships if you can afford it, but this diet and exercise routine will remain as inexpensive as possible.
Exercises I have chosen for this routine include a very simple weight routine using 25 pound dumbbells in my case. You can choose to use something heavier or lighter depending on your strength. I am interested little in building any bulk, other than in the pants
I am more concerned with keeping a high pulse rate and teaching the body to use the food as energy and muscle strengthening benefits. I did become very cut up the last time I did this routine and became bigger in the arms, chest and shoulders. My energy levels became very high and I benefitted by loosing most of the fat on my body. This all leant itself to a much longer flaccid penis but it also benefitted girth work due to better blood flow. The physical benefits were obvious, I was stronger, leaner and more muscular than I ever have been. I looked years younger and felt like an 18 year old.
My erections were perfect. My psyche was trekked to creation mode and I was able to do so much more with my day. Literally twice what I was able to do prior to this exercise/diet. I was getting up earlier, getting lots of goals accomplished, it was easier to think problems through and was much more lucid in the moment. Being able to stay in the moment meant accomplishing so much more.
We have become bogged down by schedules that leave little time for self and getting the things done we need to have our lifestyle be consistent with our goals. This happens for a few reasons but mainly it is because we are too stuck in the past and worried about the future. The past takes so much of our energy and efforts. We spend a lot of time in the "what if" or "I should have" state of mind that our brains are wrestling so much with past regrets that the current moment becomes fleeting. Even worse, with the little energy we are left with we give a valuable reserve to the future, a place and time that does not exist until it is in the moment! sili, sili, sili! By the time we want to accomplish one of the goals or desires we set forth to do, our energy levels are depleted and we let our goals fall by the wayside. As time marches on our goal mount and eventually become forgotten in a mountain of eventuality.
I demand that you stay in the now, that means stay in this moment NOW. This, in itself, will give you back much of the energy you are loosing to irrational past and future outlets. In this moment it is what it is. In this thought creation starts. In this brief moment you are becoming a better man. It is now that matters, then and later are only an organization of the past and future.
How do we start to stay in the moment? For me it takes mantra! Every time my mind wanders into areas that are not consistent or productive in my plan I say to myself:
"I am powerful NOW"
"I am creative NOW"
"I am happy NOW"
"I am becoming NOW"
"I live NOW"
"I have everything I ever wanted NOW"
"It is my job to see it!"
Although it may feel strange or fake to say this to yourself but it works. We need to change our thinking to change our outlook and momentary emotions. When I think of everything
SRT is asking of me it can feel stressful but when I keep it in the moment it is much easier to get through. Momentary emotions change with the way we think. If we have a duty to perform and we awfulize it, we can make it a living hell but when we change the way we see it, or better yet, feel it we can get much more accomplished with much better spirits. when you find yourself in the past or future please repeat the mantra to keep yourself here, in the now.
Starting a journal will be the best way to see what you are doing now and where you will need to make adjustments. I will be doing the same as I have let myself go, quite on purpose, to follow these guidelines. Keep it simple and keep it specific. What did you eat for the day? What exercises have you done? How do you feel? Etc. It will be a very good way to look back and see how you have changed and how your emotions are improving. For the first week of the diet nothing will change. I will want you to start your journal and keep track of your daily habits. Your journal will be very simple and read:
Day:
Date:
Food I ate, when and what and how much?
Exercise I completed?
How do feel?
How is sleep?
Keep track of this very closely as we will use this information to create your diet and exercise routine. The foods you eat are important as we will be working to replace each of the bad foods with a more healthy, productive foods.
From this point I will personally go through each posters diet and exercise diary and help create a better way to gain size and loose fat pad. I am looking forward to your responses.
