Have you tried them without the vaseline? I use no lube and find them really good.

Shorty, nobody can't tell you when you'll hit plateau, maybe after a month, maybe after 6 months, God knows...
And I forgot to mention, when you starting your SSJ session, try and make sure you first do 100-200 wet jelqs to warm up your penis, plus you will get better expansion and you'll be able to feel much better your tissue expanding and micro tearing, most of you guys probably know that, but that's how I used to work 'em.

The thing about the SlowSquashJelq is intensity can always be increased and as you gain the better the exercise works because you have more tissue compressing against each other. Many exercises in PE can see their limits but, for me, there has been no limits on the effectiveness of the SSJ.

I had never tried them before until i started its a great feeling i get and i think i could get gains real soon im 7 BPEL but i i think im gonna be 7 " NBPEL.. before this shitty year ends:p

I hope you are feeling much better now brother? It's time to resume your routine. Those gains must be made.
