I've been neglecting myself. Took a couple days off because I overslept, though I still wore my silisleeve2 to stay extended. So yesterday and today I've gone pretty hard with my LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging and boy did I need it. When I take my sleeve off at night and get an erection, is it normal to only get sore when erect?

The soreness after workouts is such a great feeling. Doing 1 min bundled in every direction then bundling the other way, so a total of 2 mins each way and Holy shit. Flaccid is hanging much fuller, can't wait to see the erect gains come in.

My new plan is to add a minute on each stretch every week until I hit 5 mins on each stretch. I want to gain like you, @DLD and @squirt_inducer_man did.
 
Also, forgot to mention, every couple of days I'll do 2 minutes of hanging. I attach my half gallon (4lb) Water bottle to the carabiner. Really gives a good stretch in the base. Once I get used to that I'll gradually move it toward to base to get those expressive stretches to target the inner penis.

Just stay committed and always looking for times to increase intensity. Follow SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory as this is what I used.
 
Besides work and doing what I can to stay alive, this is the only thing I'm committed to haha.
