Yes it will help to correct a bend. Also doing erect bends against the curve help too. Together you will correct your curve quickly

Oh i want to keep it, it's just enough to where it hits the top side but not too much that it looks like an L
 
I have a question about silisleeve sizing. It says to measure bpfsl to properly size, but wouldn't the sleeve only cover nbp?

It's the measurement when you stretch your penis straight outward. You can't measure None Bone Pressed with accuracy, because dependent on where you hold the ruler you will get diffrent measurements every time you measure.

With Bone Pressed Measurements, you have always a fixed point of reference to measure from, so it's always excact. You measure from the Pubis (Pubic Bone) which is always at the same place in relation to your penis.

BPFSL = Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretches Length.
We never measure, None Bone Pressed Measurements here at MOS, so maybe that's the reason.

Also if you have a normal fat percentage in your body, None Bone Pressed Measurment are really close to your Bone Pressed Measurement. You probably don't need the accuracy when sizing sleeves, they have only so many sizes

If the sleeves are to long you can cut or fold them.

How do I prevent restricted blood flow when wearing a silisleeve? Should I roll it over something bigger to loosen it a little?

Nothing to worry about..
Restrictions from loss of blood flow should not be worried on
