As most of us go for 3 days, 4 most of the time, and 5 days in a row max. If you still think you can go on, give a rest day anyway after 4 days, or even 5. As long as there is a good 15 to 18 hours of sufficient healing time, that is enough for the body to be satisfied. At times, you need to force your body to rest and reset as well. I would say cap out at 5 days max, and 4 days average for you. Allow that 1 day of rest. 3 days may be too light for your current level right now.
But do pay attention to details. Keep yourself safe and hit that pause button if your body calls for rest.
