Silistretcher vs Stealth Stretcher?

Is it normal that I often dont feel fatigue until I take my sleeve off at night? I would assume the fatigue would set it shortly after my session

Fatigue happens sometimes and it happens no times the best thing to gauge by is your measurements.

Got it. Won't be measuring until March 1st but my post session bpfsl has been consistently around 1" longer than my bpel, which is encouraging

I'm not afraid at all, I was just curious as to why I often don't feel soreness until after I remove my sleeve at night. That's all. I embrace the soreness

You can stretch harder, bundle more, stretch at another angel, hold each stretch for 5 minutes and also attach the chamber lower towards your base. If you attach the chamber at the base, that is called: Expressive Stretches.

In the future you will come to a point where you need to only attach the chamber at the base of your penis, in order to feel the soreness and also create high enough intensity to gain.

That is:
Attaching the chamber behind the glans is not enough any longer, the intensity is to low now with this approach (it was fine as a newbie, but not now). As you get longer and develop further (you can have more intensity), you need to increase the intensity exponentially until you get to to the upper MAX.

Also the penis is really tough. You can't pull it off your body. Trust me, I have tried. Be safe about it. Only ypu can determine your pwn upper limit.

Your brain will protect you from damaging yourself.

Be safe about it. It's important to increase the intensity exponentially. If you look in my video instruction tread, you will understand the process you need in order to increase the intensity exponentially.
From me not being able to bundle almost anything, to getting the chamber on the top side towards your back (In: Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches).

When attaching behind the glans isn't enough when it comes to intensity, you need to start doing Expressive Stretches.

When you maximize your bundles (maximum rotations) and stretching force, but you can't feel any stretching in your inner penis and ligaments (you don't feel the soreness). The Expressive Stretches are your ticket to sucess, and you will also prevent yourself from getting stuck in a plateau.

Also you can stretch in diffrent angles to find the "sweet spot". I call this: Digging after inner penis.

Even when you are only performing expressive stretches you will as well stretch your shaft. The reason for this is due to the fact that during your set (at ~ 3 minutes into the stretch, in a 5 minute hold stretch), your tissue will elongate approximately 1 Inch in temporary stretched elongation.
This will happen, when you get to the maximum stretching force, and bundles and your tissue are warm enough.

Having your tissue warm throughout your stretching session is important to maximize the temporary elongation. Temporary elongation leads to permanent length increase both in BPEL and flaccid hang.

In the beginning you will probably not see these kind of big temporary elongation after a session, but you will still gain in BPEL as long as you feel the soreness in your inner penis and ligaments. You can probably gain without feeling this intense soreness (in inner penis and ligaments) but you will gain much slower.

The penis is extremely resilient
Yes! I tried to pull my penis off, but I was not successful. This analogy explains how hard I did stretch with LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging. But you need to build up to it. I do not recommend you to stretch this hard. But this was as hard I did stretch.

You really need to know your limit when being on the edge of intensity. But as long as you build up to it during months of stretching and be careful, there is nothing to worry about. You're brain will protect you.

Today I stretched like I was trying to rip my penis off and felt it deep in my ligs and inner penis. Felt really good. Finished with ball and lig stretch before putting on my sleeve. And I will listen to that now

So today I measured my bpfsl before warming up and measured 7.5". After my session, decided to skip hanging today, I measured the same 7.5". I think it's time to add another minute or so to my stretches, what do you think @DLD and @squirt_inducer_man ?
 
My bpfsl is now a full 2" over my nbpel

Do bundled stretches instead. Preferably with LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging 3, you will gain the fastest this way.
 
I only do bundled stretches with my lm3
Okay. But you mentioned hanging. With MANUAL stretches you get more intensity and control.
