It came from a book called The Sexual Teachings of the Jade Dragon, Taoist Methods for Male Sexual Revitalization. I bought it Borders. There actually is a White Tigress Society website where they sell the book, along with a couple others for women, along with all the herbal formulas mentioned in the book.

Really though, if you look at the exercises, they basically are all the Penis Enlargement stuff thats found here. They say use the herbal formula in conjunction with the exercises, which is the same as the advice to use those Penis Enlargement pills along with exercises. They are basically giving you jelq techniques, stretching techniqes, etc. They also emphasize the cool down stuff where you should massage the testicles, etc.

It all really is basically the Penis Enlargement stuff you can find on this forum, and elsewhere on the internet. My copy of the book was published in 2000 though, so I dont know if they did rip off the online stuff and package it as an ancient secret though. WAS there a big online Penis Enlargement community going 10 years ago when this book came out?

That's what I'd like to know too, just out of curiosity. I've seen one or two in Asian �naked people movies� but I can't be sure if they were 100% Asian. It's like trying to find a unicorn. They've got to be out there though. I was thinking about holding a poll asking if there were any large 100% Asian men with pictures but I don't know. I figure I would have come across one already, what with having years on Penis Enlargement forums. We will find him!
