When I see you (youknowme) using the resistance bands - its all for stretching (or getting a better / stronger stretch than you did when you begin in the first video).
Is this all you use the resistance band for?
Or do you sometimes sit / stand and just let it pull for "x" (after stretching obviously)
Also, when you hang what positions are you using (I want to make sure I'm hanging in the right positions - sitting / standing - weight hanging straight down)
Please let me know what you think about the routine above - and incorporating the hanging into Day A (one set, just so my penis stays in an elongated state).

Yes your routine looks good. i you keep it up you'll see gains for sure. Yes i use the resistant bands just to sit and perform a static stretch in the straight out or up direction.
I hang either straight down, up, or straight up. I have a pulley system set up so i can lie down and hang straight out. You can also use the resistant band to hang straight up. I lie down on my bed laying with my head towards the door so the resistant band wraps around the door overhead and gives me a strong straight up pull at my cock. make sure the band is secure though...dont want it popping off
