Hi guys just thought I'd update
I usually just do the DLD
newbie routine, length only (1 - 3 sets of directional stretches +
Extender after for a few hours on as much tension as i can handle)
but today I threw in the use of my el cheapo hook and think I hit my inner penis/ligs too hard and now they are feeling achy and tired. I also had severe turtling and hardness in my penis for a couple of hours after which means I over did it lol
To counter this issue of over exertion, (as its impossible to know how much tension you're really applying) I'm going to be using these:
They are just regular resistance bands that people workout with
however I'll be simply looping one end around my hook/PA and the other end wherever i need the resistance coming from
This way I can build up the tension slowly, simply by stepping further and further away from the band, increasing its resistance. And when confident, change the band to a thicker one.

All you gotta do is hook your penis in, stretch to whatever direction as firmly as you can, and begin moving away from the band, and just hold it
