Feels when you lose one whole hard-earned inch. Some thing similar happened to me as well but in my case I gained 1.75 inches and then I stopped for 3 months and lost 0.5 inch. That time I was so depressed and wanted to quit. But fortunately at that time DLD came with his SRT theory and I realized that why I lost some of the gains. I followed the SRT principles but I had my own routine and in 3 months I not only regained the half inch, but also gained additional 0.25 inch. Then I stopped for 2 months and after that I measured and I didn't lose anything. My Eq was high as well during this break and it felt like my own dick is cementing what he got without any effort from my side. That's why I really believe that when you are doing PE you always have to care about healing in an extended/expanded position and when you are at your rest phase, you should leave your dick alone. Never say that ' I quit ', just train in the correct way and give yourself a second chance)
