I want to ask a question.
Is it better to do 5x5x2 in the morning and 5x5x2 a few hours later to get expansion in the already expanded penis or just 5x5x3 once a day? I know this question is very relative but I need to ask because as far as I understood from my questions whats going on, I understood we must cement those gains the more we can? Do you agree @oldandlively / @squirt_inducer_man / @DLD ?

One session a day is enough. Do Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) once a day that's all for girth.

I prefer twice a day. Why? It keeps the tissues constant and malleable for expansion. Once a day is for those who don't have enough time. The more time in between each set, the better the cementing opportunities you have at a shorter healing interval.

Definitely. When your tissues first stretched, it provides the cells to heal and duplicate at that initial point, but just at that initial point. The moment you allowed the penis to retract, you disabled the gap creation after your hard work on the 5x5x3 or 5x5x2. When that happened, there is no more gap to fill. Cells just simply repair and enlarge through assimilation of the damage cells.

We advices the brothers to do post pumping cock ring wearing so that the cells have more time to heal, and to also fill in the larger gaps. For me I gained girth at a great pace. My state of mind has always been if I can handle it go for it. I spent many hours a day doing pe for the simple reason I wanted a bigger penis as fast as possible. I never had injury only growth. In some ways I think my success, which is faster than anyone, was because of my ability to go hard no matter what. I advise those who want to go for this to build up slowly and progressively
