DLD i wanted to discuss about the lump that i previously had behind the glans and it is not going. Like i said i will stop taking herbal medicines that i have taken for 1 year for increasing bloodflow to penis. I did stop and i did realize the size of the lump had become smaller but after 2-3 days the lump has gotten bigger again covering more of the vein.
now when i am half way through my length workout in the morning, a small lump starts to form there and gets a bit bigger when i progress with workout. Then i hot wrap which nearly removes the lump and it is barely there. Then i
traction wrap. Now after sometime i feel some pinching feeling there and thats when i feel the lump is being formed . I always re wrap very light every 2 hours to be honest. But when i remove wrap the lump is there and in 10-15 minutes it goes away. I always feel this pinch from time to time when i am wrapped.
Now when i begin my hot wrap for girth workout in evening the lump goes away . when i start with normal jelqs the lump is not formed , but when i wear a shoelace and trap blood and do
ssj's then it forms and it is pretty bigger than it was and is also hard. As you have seen the photo of the lump. now i have realized more of the vein has started getting puffy and i do feel its like a block that makes the vein puffy. Not the straight part of vein but the wriggly or where the twists and turns are near the glans it gets very puffy. Then after my girth routine i apply hot wrap that nearly vanishes the lump again.
I have also waited for a while so the lump disappears and then i
traction wrap. but the pinching feeling comes again and i know the lump is formed again.
At night before sleeping i remove the wrap and after 10-15 minutes i feel pain in that vein and also and i know thats when the lump is going.
Today i felt considerable amount of pain right behind the glans at the corner area where the frenulum is attached and also the same side as the lump is. In photos

what could it be ??
Do you think i should continue PE ?
IF not then what should i do during the break so there is some kind of workout going on.
