Yes, any problem I ever had I contacted DLD and it was dealt with right away and to by biggest possible happines !
I only experienced such a great community on penis forums and growing beard forums (so pretty much forums without women).

i placed an order on the 23 december regarding spare parts..
i didnt get any email from them regarding the order has been placed or the airway bill or consignment number.......i am also not being able to send any email . will it be possible for u guys to ask them DLD?

I ordered my Phallosan on 11/13 and received it 3 mos later in late January 2014. The customer service was abhorrent.

I need to order 3 of the new condoms (because the originals are total garbage). My concern is more delay and bad customer service.

DLD, can you make any comment on the current status of their ability to fill orders and get them shipped out in a reasonable time?
 
Im sorry to hear this brother, I ordered my PF and received it in like 3 weeks, customer services replied to my email within 48hours.
This was in late 2015 so maybe they improved alot and there wont be any problem ?

What do you mean by the original condoms being garbage ? What happened ?

They have greatly improved all services across the board. We started out sort of rocky but today the partnership is strong and deliveries are on time. n If you have any issues please just ask for us to advocate on your behalf.
 
Yep. It makes me feel better you are on-board with them. This was, of course, way before you connected with the company. BBB, it's good to hear you had that experience. Makes me confident.

The original Phallosan condoms were very different in that they fatigued easily (the portion that encompasses the shaft, not the portion that grips the bell). This inevitably (and quickly) led to a condom that wouldn't seal up well around the shaft and thus air would leak into the vacuum chamber and the tension would recede. Guys tried to come up with all sorts of ways to reinforce the seal around the shaft, but nothing was too great. This was how all mine failed. Yeah, I'm over 6" girth, but that isn't monstrous. The fit when new was awesome, though.

Then the other issue was (and I never had this, but got the perception it was far more frequent based on bitching) that they would flat out tear. Wooo guys were pissed about that, but I suspect a good part of that was either carelessness or simple production faults. Add in some design fault, and there you go.

Now they have remodeled the condoms so they are much more durable, aren't supposed to fatigue around the shaft so quickly, and are more tear-resistant. They are expensive, but my experience with silicone sleeves as an alternative so far just makes me want to flat out shell out for the new Phallosan condoms and be done with it. I really need an effective ADS. I still want to get a silicone sleeve that works well that I could wear at work, though. I'm giving thought to making my own.

Agreed. Their rep was helpful when present on PEGym board a few years ago (think he still is). Very inconsistent presence at times, which would drive Americans crazy. But when he was there, he was dynamite.

It's a damn good product.

If the company put more people to work as reps on the forum they would do so much better with their sales. I guess they are happy where they are and you are right, very inconsistent. Anyway. we are here and we will support you in all ways.
 
There customer service has gone drastically down hill. I've sent many emails over a month time and canf get a response back

I sent one to ask about the product and never got one back neither.
 
I have to say I informed them about my Phallosan breaking after only 2 months use and never got reply either.
On the other hand Im not upset about it as I woudlnt use PF even if I got new one for free.

Im very excited about VLC.

new user here and am hoping we can reignite this post? I ordered my PF a couple weeks ago and it has not arrived. I have called and left several emails without a response. At this point, I'd like them to send me the Phallosan or simply refund my money.

Any idea's? I reached out to this company again by phone and email today and still have not received anything, also, I do make sure to call during the 2hr window for customers living in the U.S.
