The dark color is the remaining iron. It's difficult to get rid of and might take years. There are some guys who have had successes with various age-spot type creams and peels, but it's a difficult condition to remove.
finally, It sound really reasonable. its nice to have it diagnoced.
now we just need to fine what to apply. i think something that peels of skin layers slowly would be the best. I havent tried Amlactin yet, but this is known to peel of skin layers i think. or MoreGains123 if you could link threads where you got to know about this or you know about some good produckts people have had good experience with.
