For me it was the combination of exercises in super-sets that really helped me gain after I made my initial 2" gain. I needed to greatly increase intensity and time spent training to see further gains. Specifically the SlowSquashJelq with the BathMate made the biggest difference in girth work while the LengthMaster made the most difference in Length. In the beginning it was all manual work but I did get to the point that it was no longer enough. SRT is most likely the best routine I will ever write. I do have some changes I will make eventually but the basic structure of SRT is the best work I have ever created.
