Pain yes. A burning, pulling feeling is okay. Sharp piercing pain NO.

I'll do a round of the Newbie Routine pulling by hand as a solid "warm up" before doing 2 rounds with the LengthMaster. I can pull pretty hard with my hands and get that good burn. When I start using the LM it's even more intense. I have felt a sharp piercing pain before and I immediately let go and repositioned.

You can pull REALLY hard, harder than you think, with your hands. The next time you stretch keep pulling harder and harder and harder. Don't jerk, just keep applying more pull. I'm wondering if you just aren't pulling hard enough.

thanks bro, i might not be pulling hard enough... Ive readed many times that i should feel any pain plus i tend to get affraid of pulling too hard.
Btw, same question i did above too "seven_wants_ten", should i warm down or cool down after the manual stretching session?U do any?
I mean using heat or cold...

Your brain is going to make you stop long before you rip your penis off. I'm sure you could rip a penis off with your hands but it'd have to be a violent jerking motion. It's been said elsewhere that people will kegel out of fear which hurts the stretch or they won't pull hard enough out of fear. Be calm and relaxed, if you need to stretch after an orgasm which is when you'll already be super relaxed, and pull hard. Some guys hang weights for sustained periods of time and don't rip their dicks off. It's tougher than you think.

Check out the Newbie Routine for a full exercise. I know you said you've got your routine but there may be something there you aren't doing.

I've been sore after sessions, especially during the first 4-5 weeks, but it goes away after 8-10 hours. When I stopped getting sore afterwards I bumped up the intensity and duration of my stretching. I stopped getting sore because I was conditioned to handle it.

Don't cool down, warm down or massage. If you cool you're going to make everything contract which is the opposite of what we want.

I do not warm up before stretching, because I stretch constantly throughout the day and it's just not feasible. I do sometimes do a longer stretching session after a hot shower, so that functions as a warm up.

As for know how hard you can go...

Bend down and try to touch your toes, or try to do the splits.

Can you tell how far you can go? Do you have a natural sense of your limit, and when the stretch feeling turns into slight pain, and then moves into "dangerous" pain?

Penis stretches are similar. Get past that mental block and the idea that your dick is this delicate, dainty little thing and it will be obvious how hard you can go.

I gained just using an extender. Now I'm back at it and use the phallosan+manual stretching. I never heard of the head swelling technique but that doesn't sound too good

In the beggining(first months) i was doing less time, like 10m stretch and 10m jelq.

If thats what you did for 10 months then you're not going to gain. You need to increase the stretching to more time and add advanced exercises. You can't expect growth with the same routine over a long period.

They say that the engorged glans by blood prevents loss of tension, since the device will be better attached to the head; and permits longer sessions, cuz the head will take a longer time to become cold/numb/dark.
I heard about it in pegym and thundersplace, if its allowed i can post some links.

Hey guys, didnt want to create a new thread just to make a question , so im asking it right here..
This week ive increased the intensity of my manual stretches and im doing it in 30m session 2-3 times a day.
Problem is that my penis is showing some horizontal marks that i think are due to the intense streches im trying to do... So, how can i avoid them? I was thinking in use some moisturizing lotion...
Or is that some kind of bad sign?Should i continue using the same force?
Also, should i stop jelqing to focus on lenght?Im doing just one 15m session a day...

Stretch marks happen as the penis gets bigger, the greater size strains the skin causing this. There are creams they make for women when they are pregnant that will help. Here are a few that are on the market but you can find even cheaper ones at your CVS. Stretch-Mark Creams
 
whats up guys! first time poster here but im no newbie to pe.

ive trying manual pe ( stretch and jelq), for many years but only now im doing it consistenly (5 times a week for almost 10 months).

I havent been able to made a single gain in lenght or in girth... My eq was never very bad, but never very good(besides from the beggining of my routine). Cuz jelq was making me rly horny, so i was masturbating more and this problably decreased my eq.

Still i dont think that this can be a reason for me never gaining in these 10 months. Anyway, i wanna buy a extender to help me, but i wanna know if u guys know someone who never gained through manual pe but could make gains using a extender?

I wanna gain about 2cm in lenght and 1cm in girth but i dont know if this is possible , cuz pe just dont seem to work for me. Some guys just cant gain from pe right?
