Overtraining on purpose for maximum gains?

I'm planning on increasing my pumping time 15 or 20 min a week. Dld, do you think this is a good idea?

That’s just fine but be sure to use the SSJ to remove any fluid retention that may happen over that time.

I`ve tried SSJ and with my ED, i cant get hard that many times or even keep it hard, so the SSJ is impossible for me as of now, maybe in the future. Getting hard once to enter the pump and the again when putting on the clamp is what I can achieve most of the time.

Then simply go with the jelq or deep tissue massage to disperse the retention.

It’s very important but timing is also very important. You never want to stop doing something that’s working the only want to change when you reach a plateau. So if you’re making growth of what you’re doing now continue on and if you see that growth slow we can increase time, repetitions, tools, exercises or the whole entire routine.

Good to know, thank you for telling me. I`m increasing my pumping to 1 hour on monday. I`m exited to see how this will go, I always clamp after pumping too

Be careful with clamping as you do not want to cause thrombosis or discolor your penis. Clamping is notorious for both of these things.

I have been against clamping since day one. There are many men who have gained doing this but in most cases they end up with extreme discoloration and thrombosis. There are exceptions to the rule of coarse but I’m going by all the cases I have heard over the years. Take a look at some of the people who have planned to make gains and check the pigment on their penis. At that point you can make your decision.

I`ve seen some cases, but pumping has actually given me some discoloration changes, which isn`t a big deal for me. I`ve read alot about clamping and have done it for a long time so I know how to do it without damaging my penis. I think clamping is perfectly safe if done correctly.

1. Do you believe that keeping the penis expanded for as long as possible is the key to growth too? I`ve read alot on the forums here and some big gainers think so.

2. I just wonder if I did light pumping every day instead of intense pumping and clamping every other day would give results faster.

3. Now that I'm going to start with 1 hour pumping before clamping, Im uncertain of what pressures to use, maybe mid to high pressure for the full hour, I'm not sure, maybe light-medium the 10,20 or 30 min and then high the remaining 30 min, I'm not sure... Any ideas on this?

The main premise of my SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory routine is healing in a expanded or elongated position. So this should be done no matter what routine you’re using. After girth work put on a cock ring to keep your pump around as long as possible, after doing length work keep the elongation around as long as possible using ace, sleeves, light ADS, and other ways to remain elongated for a good amount of time.

as I’ve advised you already I am not a fan of clamping in anyway and I think you can get the growth you desire through the simple 5×5×3 routine I advised.

Yeah I know One hour in the bathmate will result in alooot of fluid retention, but one of the biggest gainers I`ve heard of, Big Girtha from thundersplace has gained 2 inches in girth, and he said that his routine consisted of 1 hour of pumping and then 3x10min of clamping, and has said that this routine is what has made him gain so much. So I`m going to give 1 hour pumping a try.

I do however take 10-20 seconds of rest every 5 min by just releasing the pressure in the bathmate, which prevents blisters and give my penis a little break.

I forgot to say that Big Girtha has permanently gained 2 inches, not temporary gains or fluid retention, but actually 2 real inches. He`s a legend over at thundersplace, and no he has no photos of himself, he`s been on PE forums and doing PE for many many years.

Yeah I have been thinking about this too, what if shorter pumping sessions are better to avoid too much water retension.

Im gonna try something today, to wear a tight cockring for 6 hours and see what happens, Im willing to try it out and have 4 hours and 20 min left. Ive read some on priapism and will see how it goes!

Im attempting controlled priapism, but need to know if my penis has to be rock hard, 100% erect during the hours of doing it?
