Looks solid but I would add a couple of things. Get in 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches before every workout. I would also get in 3 days a week of erect stretching, 10 minutes each session to sure up gains.

yes bundles im doing them now before every girth session or whenever i have time

aight so a lot happened since i changed my routine
i have gained pretty fast 0,2 inches of girth and i felt my cs was bigger i wore a cockring 24/7
i did bundled stretches and ssj in the morning, bundled stretches and ssj+pumping super sets in the afternoon and evening
last week i did only 1 super set session a day and i realized that i hd to cut the session short because i couldn keep my erection through the whole workout

That's a sign of overtraining.Slow down your workouts.If you want only girth just do bundles -> Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) -> cock ring,once a day.

How would you determine you lost girth gains without reaching 100% erection level?

yes i can get 100% hard but it only last for seconds and it takes alot of concentration

Nerve damage, how do you figure? Are you feeling completely numb in places?

But i dont get random erections during the day and i dont get easy erections like usual since 2 weeks
 
Nerve damage is permanent. You can't rebuild it just like brain cells. It can reattach itself if everything is there and not damaged to a degree. You are just extremely over trained.

If you can, stop everything except for kegels and massages to make sure everything is fine. Maybe a light pump everyday or other day to help with blood flow.

You should, not guaranteed, get your EQ back. Then, proceed to add everything back in. I would skip the SSJ'S and replace with jelqing. Work your way back up to once in the morning and at night with the 5x5x3 routine. Keep doing the bundles before a session but just enough to get a good stretch, not to the extreme. A cock ring should be used for at most 2 hours but that's with removal, massage and reapplying in between after a girth session. Never 24 hours. Find something soft and loose to wear if you really need to but you shouldn't. Not now.

Once that's set and you feel ready, slowly add in SSJ'S with one set in 5x5x3. Then increase over time. This will make sure your body actually likes SSJ'S. They are the extremist exercise and shouldn't be abused.
