I suggest doing both exercises. Kegel and edge. Both will help with sex drive and stamina.
When will you get results? It depends on every person but usually it takes 3 weeks or 1 month to notice a difference. When you do the exercises and do it for a month, it wont become permanent. You have to continuously train yourself.
