Monday February 9th. Today's workout I got in some stealth pulls in the bathroom, Penis still feels all jacked up from the plaque. Still going to move onward. I hopped in the shower about 3:30-
Workout:
Newbie stretches- Did a warmup then 20 secs all directions straight down, 20 secs all directions straight out, 20 seconds all directions straight up.
Newbie stretches- Moved to 10 secs all directions straight down, 10 secs all directions straight out, 10 secs all directions straight up.
Bathmate- Then moved to the bathmate and did low pressure(only one pump) 20 secs 1 more pump 20 s set 1. I did 3 sets of these.
Bundles- Then moved did some bundles, probably did One half bundle straight down hold for 10 seconds, did 3 sets of these. Warm down, then done.
