Sorry for the confusion. My current routine is based around the fibrosis theory so it's ideal for begginers and it's very simple unlike before.
First thing first the fibrosis issue with the urologists. They say if you do heavy girth work such as pumping and clamping or go too hard in general it can cause fibrosis in the penis. Basically the lighter work you could have gained from is thrown out by the excessive pe routine and your body fights the growth process. So it's best to start out as light as possible and preferably length before girth.
The urologist also mentions length should come before girth and to actually fullfill your length goal before doing any kind of girth work. With the exception of light work such as jelqing and edging.

After reading these articles I stopped pumping. That's when my routine was altered towards achieving my length goal of 9", my last measurement I was hitting well above the 7" mark and surprisingly almost 8" if I pressed the tape measure into my pubic bone and I was below 7" when I started with not much girth gain maybe going above 5" from a .2 inch girth gain. But all these gains were from my sporadic learning years.
Only now have I reached a point where I can continually do pe 24/7 with the products I have. I will make a items list tomorrow so you know exactly what I'm using. But I'm mainly using the size genetics extender with the penis master pro (air device), 2 foreskin restoration tools wich I will mention in the list. The xsleeves from autoextender, especially the soft xsleeve for sleeping. The fleshlite for edging. The fast mini Jelq method and long edging sessions in the fleshlite.
I will give a detailed list and how to use them but those are pretty much the key items. The 2 foreskin restoration products are the TLC-X tugger and the DRT (dual tension restorer). This routine will be especially good for people who want to regrow foreskin and length at the same time. I love how the foreskin glides it also gives me gains using the devices. Also hanging will be coming to increase length work in the future with the lg hanger but I'm going to save that for a little later.
