That alone for sets of 10-15 minutes at a time can be plenty of a workout. It's easy for advanced PE guys, myself included to forget we all start somewhere and we all need to move up as we adapt. It's very easy to get excited about a technique when it seems to have promise, or gives a great workout. I have some good demonstration videos on proper clamping techniques on my support forum for guys interested.
