Shlort: SRT is the SHIT!! I only incorporated the aspect of keeping myself extended after my workouts(no suppression) because I don't have any of the other equipment needed to follow the theory to the letter.
I tell you what though, if I had everything I needed I would have probably gained a hell of a lot more than 1 inch over the last 3 months.
If you haven't tried it, or aren't sure if it will work for you, do yourself a favor and give a shot because there truly is nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Basically I think diet changes, no pumping, hanging and better warm ups and cool downs aswell as plenty of stretching.

But overall I think mentally I became more relaxed about it, it became more of a way of life than a means to an end. I focused on what I had to do, when I had to and then just left it be. I think my problem has always been I tend to 'over think' things, which creates a kinda mental block. Relaxing and patience is absoultely key for me. If you try to do more than you are, mentally and physically, capable you are just setting yourself up for failure. Just my opinion.

Thats what I gathered, the mental change is huge and to someone who went do long without gains, I am happy to know you found that the mental aspects are key. Penis Enlargement is not a pit stop, it is a journey of self discovery and becoming a better man. I am glad you have found your way.

Absolutely! It's changed every aspect of my life. To be honest, my complete lack of self confidence was ruining my life and my families life. Now I feel comfortable in my self, it's like a breath of fresh air. Of course we all have bad days. But I feel very fortunate that mine are now few and far between.

Good for you and your family and friends, I understand how difficult it can be when you are going through Hell, but the light does come if you are open to it. I am happy your life is better now!

Thanks DLD! yeah lifes so much better now :) I'm already at my goal 7" NBP never thought it was possible to get there from 5.5" now I can't wait till my next inch :)))

Bit of everything really. Switched it up alot. Key things were more rest periods, less getting obsessed by it and less stress. Hanging also worked well for me.

Less thinking, more doing, more rest! Oh and less measuring :)
