Maybe sticking this topic and a participants list could help everyone to keep a better track of the challenge, i dunno if it's possible but is just an idea

Anyway This is the routine i'm using since a while!
Morning Routin (7/7 days)
1. A good warm up for about 5-10 min (i usually do it with the
Bathmate but sometimes i use a warm towel);
2. A manual stetch session of 3-4 series pull upward, downward and both sides all for about 40-45 sec with a 10-20 sec pause between any series;
3.300-400 jelqs, any jelq is about 2-3 sec, anyway i go really slow, with a good intensity;
4. when i go to the bath i do 50-100 kegels.
After Work Routin (5/7 - 2 days off)
1. Another good warm up for about 10 min (same as the morning routine =P).
2. Start the stretch, i'm using something similar to that one suggested in the DLD's
newbie routine since the beginning of my personal Penis Enlargement challenge, so 3 Sets of each stretch below:
Behind The Cheeks to the Left
Behind The Cheeks to the Center
Behind The Cheeks to the Right
Straight Down to the Left
Straight Down to the Center
Straight Down to the Right
Straight Down Rotary Stretches
Straight Out to the Left
Straight Out to the Center
Straight Out to the Right
Straight Out Rotary Stretches
Straight Up to the Left
Straight Up to the Center
Straight Up to the Right
Straight Up Rotary Stretches
and after that 3-4 set of A-Strech, every pulls for about 40-45 sec with 20 sec pause between any reps;
3.Usually i do 2
Bathmate sessions, 3 when i have the time, increasing pressure every 5min for about 15-30 min each with a good pause between the reps;
4.Before to store my
Bathmate i do the DLD Hardcore
Bathmate Stretches;
5.Then Wear an homemade cock ring
(i'm planning to buy a good one so advices are welcome) for about 10 min and i do some kegel and revers kegel while edging;
6. Warm down to relax the skin.
So i use approximately 2-3 hours to finish this routine and if i don't have the time one day for any reason i plan for one of the two off-day.
