My opinion may not help much but I am a smoker and have never stopped but my Penis Enlargement has been awesome. Maybe if I stopped it would have been even better.
 
Ok since im a smoker do you think I should take pills to increase my blood flow? What if someone had diabetes? Would they need them to successfully Penis Enlargement? Yes I think over using certain drugs can be bad. I am afraid to take Viagra because I think I will end up dependent on it. I don't mean to pick at you. The way it sounds is you are very knowledgeable about this but most of what makes Penis Enlargement work is largely unproven by "science". Yes most anything you take can have negative side effects. From aspirin to cocaine....Viagra to heck even water.
 
Personally, I don't think smoking is going to have that much affect on your overall cell-feeding. Like caffeine, it is reducing arterial diameter, but the system responds by pumping faster.

The issues with smoking come less from the nicotine and more from the toxins and lung damage.

Well, something isnt right if you are in 20 mins and your head is black... I use the comfort form and noose. I really need to do the velcrow system on here and I can stay stapped in even longer.

I'm not doing anything special. Stay stapped in for 1 1/2-2 hours then a few mins rest then back in. I try to keep it as loose as possible without slipping out. Maybe you are using too many bars too fast?

whoa. whats this SG/Bathmate workout? can u buy this? is there an article? question to anyone. do u guys use the silicon tube or the foam wrap? i started with foam wrap but it slips.i now use the silicone tube with the non slip wrap and it seems to be ok? lil uncomfortable. u guys do the same? DLD? king of the penis, what do/did u use?

Cool! But how much tension are you using? I try to go up to 2000g, but then find it hard to wear for several hours.. Would it be better to use just 1200g and wear for double amount of time? My extender goes up to 2800g. Anyone have a theory? Should I always go for the longest time and then add tension when time has reached max possible?

basicly yes. but you will reach the point where your dick grew to strong which means you either need more tension or a desentizing period(after that you can start with lower tension again).
The studies that targeted extender use concluded that you need more then 4 hours daily to gain significantly.

When I use the extender I warm up and start with low tension and slowly up it from hour to hour until I reach my goal and then I use the extender the rest of the day with low tension to let it ehal in an extended state.
I lower tension every 30 minutes to bring new blood in and rewrap every 60-90 minutes(+jelqs in between).
 
Thanks Dickerschwanz, makes sense. Tuned down to 1200 grams today (which I believe is what's normal for most extenders anyway), and can wear it for 1 hr+ without taking it off, no problems. Will increase tension only after I can use it for a whole day first. In tune with SRT too..

+ I forget to add. the bigger the tension the more heat you want to use. Its beneficial for the collagen. Its wise to have the most heat when you are at the biggest tension. Then you can cool down with lower tension.
Thats also the reason why I relax the tension all 30 minutes. I use a infared heat lamp to help with this.

This is something I may add into my current routine. I am trying to think of a way to remain heated under the clothes.

Yeah I had the idea to use the cables from a heating pad to align them with the extender, tough when I opened the heating pad the heating pad cables stopped working ^^ didnt pick that idea up again.

What I do sometimes is to wrap something around the extender(a sock over it too) which gives some more time.

Tough, the greatest enemy to a warm dick is the tension and no bloodflow. Every 30 minutes a 'One minute pause without tension and some kegeling is where I found my point to stay in optimal condition.

I'm not sure what effect a warm up under-tension dick with no bloodflow has overall, but obviously it will lack oxygen.
Thats the part to figure out.
It may be interesting cause priapism(and enlargement but not healtyh one) is caused by no new oxygen.(but as I remember it involved more the smooth muscle then the tunica..?)

Infared LED'S would be an idea to mount to an extender :D. hehe that would rock, penetrat deep into the tissue and certainly lower cost(e-meter) then heating pad wire.

Jelqing before extender use, short tension breaks while staying wrapped and 20-60% errections in the extender help me to push the time in the extender further.
 
Why don't you try thermal underwear? Like wool or some special fibers. Would that insulate enough heat to have an effect?
