The thing about the cock is it doesn't require rest since its made from collagen which means PE is basically just like stretching skin. If you're conditioned you should train as much as possible within reason.

Exactly bro. It's a different type of muscle and it heals at a much faster rate than bigger muscles.

Read my response to A Biologists Study of the Penis there is more going on than just collagen but collagen plays a central role in all this. I tried to dumb the study down a bit as it was pretty latin-ridden but my response gives better insight into this.

hello brothers! 30 days already finished and i measured today. i am a little dissapointed coz i didn't reach my goal. after waking up in the morning, i measured and the results are as follows:

non-bone pressed flaccid stretched length gain: +1.25''
non-bone pressed erect length gain: +0.5''(with curve)
non-bone pressed flaccid length: +0.25''

i don't know why there is a huge difference between nbpfsl and nbpel((( i think i gained more el but due to smoking 3 packs of ciggerettes due to stress these days , my eq got fucked up((( the girl is coming to visit me in this 3rd world country where i am now due to bussiness and i am so dipressed that i didn't reach that goal. what could i have done more to gain 1'' in 1 month, i don't no(((

you haven't done Erect stretches. you need to just do 5 mins a day of these. get as erect as possible and then pull the penis out. you will lose erection. get erect again and repeat. this is what held me back when my fl increased but the erect stayed still

Indeed. Erect Stretching is vital to cementing length!

Erect stretching does you wonders :D

It is the fastest way to close the gap between BPFS and BPEL.

That's gonna hurt<:(

It's really not bad, I did them when working length. Certainly not worse than pumping and getting intense pressure on your balls.

Yeah I learned that. I actually decreased in size BPEL I'm 6.75, I was 7.0BPEL with 7.0 BPFSL, BUT when i lost a quarter inch just recently my BPFSL went to 7.25....interesting, not sure what the cause is but I just started doing PE yesterday while avoiding bundled stretches only because of the cut on my frenulum.

Things can be the way as you gain. I have experienced the same thing in measuring in my early days. I would lose a bit and gain back more. I never gave it much thought so as long as I continued to gain overall.

I've been thinking. If I create intensity up to 9 months lets say and gain like 1 inch and then cement it throughtout the same time, take a break of 1-2 months, go back to PE doing that same progression WHILE having the same gains from the first 9 months. The question is, will I still gain from the same intensity even after I had my plateau? Or would i still need even greater intensity. From what I discovered from my muscles in my body is that I got big gained like 10 lbs of muscle once and then got sick lost weight, I started over just recently and already gained 4 lbs or so, BUT this time I'm starting with lighter weights and already gaining. So I wonder If I can do the same thing with my penis, gain while having the previous gains with the same intensity but allowing for a 1-2month rest. I'll be testing this.

As long as you have an intense routine, your dick will not get used to the intensity very quickly...let's say you have a good manual routine + lengthmaster + 4-5 h in the extender at high intensity....your dick won't get used to that...maybe in a few years, but nothing close to 9 months.

When I was on drugs I lost about twenty pounds really fast, but seemingly none of it muscle mass. You probably only got all the creatine out of your system, but thought it was muscle :p.

If you keep going to other PE site they're gonna contaminate you will all sorts of nonsense in a futile effort to slander MOS. One of the things they will say is that intensity is bad :/.
Intensity is very important if you are to gain. Today I was doing my bundles really intense, and I got the pre-fatigue quicker, better. Does that mean if I keep with this high force, one day I'll be immune to bundles? It only means one day I'll be packing more sausage meat; hence the need to pull a bit harder that's all

It has always been thought that after extended breaks the penis resets itself, in a way, that allows for Newbie type gains upon restart. I personally never saw this but I never took an active break during my active PE. I think your plan looks like a solid analysis of this theory while still staying active in the advanced work you hare doing.

Would definitely like to see how this works, and if it works see if we can figure out how much time it takes to reset to get those gains. Would be interesting to get that to a science too, could help bust some plateaus.

I'm doing the progression right now and we'll see if it'll take effect.

I gained my first half inch in two weeks (I didn't even do PE everyday) with no equipment.

Haven't done any PE since.
