I have to correct myself here. For me, as with you I think, turning clockwise targets the left chamber and anti-clockwise (or counter clockwise for you who prefer American English) targets the right.
I curve to the left and it is much harder and tighter when I turn clockwise. In fact, it is considerably tighter than the right side, no doubts as to why that is.
At the moment. my right chamber I bundle 3.5 times and stretch. Left side (shorter and curved) I can ONLY JUST get 3. SO that's what I need to work on. Both sides but especially that left side getting it just as loose as the right side.
