All indicators are that the length and girth portions of your workout should be separated. If you're getting wood then either wait for it to go down or go ahead and masturbate and then finish your length routine. I don't have a problem getting wood during my workouts so it's not a problem I've come across.

I would rather see you go this way:

dld is ok to use olive oil or just ordinary oil instead of lubricante?
 
Olive oil is fine you will just have to reapply it sooner then you would a thicker lubricant as it will work itself into the skin fairly quick!

1 CM gain is miserable, try DLD blasters for 0.5 to 1 inch in length in 1 month.

Yes but it does not have the same "drag" as does vaseline. For me, I require a good drag to get best expansion, Olive Oil was too slippery for me.
