Pretty good thread with some good information. So what is the final thoughts on the routine the OP used? For air pumping and higher pressure I have tried going to a higher pump for a few seconds then back down to normal range, then back up and back down.. I've seen some good temporary gains that way.

Mike, Temporary gains are the crux of permanent gains. Higher pressure with a full erection can bring some amazing expansion and I think that is what OP was trying to get across. Entering into the BathMate erect is important because you want to settle into the 90% range and when we pump the penis naturally loses some eq which usually lands the user in the 90% range. I say that this is important as girth gains come from going beyond your normal full girth size, the temporary expansion is what eventually stretches the tissue allowing for more blood. So if you gain 30% expansion at 90% erect that is a full 20% above your normal size, this expansion forces permanent gains.
With a BM it's different I can only go so high on the intensity even with the vacu vin mod I lose suction after to many pumps. I've been doing a few sets inside the air pumper then moving to the BM.

Mine didn't come with an extra I'll look at the cork and see if it's damaged. When I'm in my air pump I like to have the gauge so I can see the pressure and know the feeling of that pressure. When I'm in the BM the feeling of the pressure is different in a sense. In the BM I will go in 80-100% erect and pump the BM down the first time slowly making sure my penis is how I want it to be and holding my sack out of the way. Then I'll pump again using the BM. From there I can usually pump 1 more time before the BM won't allow me to anymore so I use the wine vac and will pump that a few times. The pressure does increase for sure. Some of the time it will hold or immediately while pump the wine vac I loose suction at the base.
On a side note. When using my air pump I did some erect stretching before going into the BM. When doing the outward pulls using the pump I felt a really good stretch. Well after reading around the other day I noticed that using higher pressure would yield greater gains. So while doing my outward pulls I would pump the air pump to a higher pressure for 2-5 seconds and release my grip of the outward pull and pressure to my normal pressure. I would wait 10-15 seconds rest and repeat I did that the last set of my 5×3×3.
Also I'm thinking of doing a name change so if it goes through everyone will know who I am lol.
expressive stretching while in the cylinder is very intense and I highly recommend to all BM (and air-pump) users. if you're experiencing pressure-loss at the base, try shaving that area bare and use a good hair conditioner for lube/sealant
