Loss of Erection Quality Following PE and how to mitigate

So I've been Jelqing and Doing S2S; Jelqing has been fine but I've done S2S bottom 100 reps (Full Side to Side) Forward and upward 100. I did this for two days and noticed a loss of EQ. It was pretty shit yesterday but was better today like i got plenty hard but not 100% where I know I can. How do I know When it is time for a rest day? I never have injuries and I warm up and massage after sessions. Never have pain and have seen growth (Which Excites me lol). What do you Vets think and how should I continue on with this approach? I'd like to make this like how I've done bodybuilding in the last 5-6 years and stay consistent; what can I do to make it as safe as possible, maximize gains, and make it more efficient as well. �other PE site� doesn't want to tell me anything and tbh I feel like they fear monger on there more than anything and the guys that flat out say it doesn't work I believe just don't have the work ethic or consistency it takes to actually follow through on decisions or hobbies.

The question addressing to you is, how much PE have you experienced before this routine? 100 reps with such drastic loss of EQ (erection quality) is an indicator you either did very aggressive jelqing or your penile tissues have not been conditioned properly. What you're experience, like most brothers starting out or increasing aggressive intensity to fast, is fatigues. Fatigues cause EQ to drop from the normal 100% to 80%. Sometimes, you get 100% EQ but suddenly drops to 70% EQ in the middle of the love session. It happened to me as well. Wife would be reaching her multiple orgasms, and my EQ would just reduced to 70% out of the blue. This occur after I increased my intensities for my rouines and underwent multiple routines such as lengthening and then girth. Most of time, it's the girth routines that kill the EQ because of the expanded internal tissues. A weakened wall cause sporatic EQ issues.

How do I know When it is time for a rest day?
The feeling of fatigueness varies from day to day, routine to routine. The best way to test your EQ status is after 60 minutes of post routine. If you don't perform post routine restrictive cock ring penis volumizing (keeping blood in the penis as much as you can through restriction, not constricting), 60 minutes is a good time to test your erection. At times, you can test your erection quality after 6 hours. After 6 hours or so, if your erection quality cannot go past 90%, time for a day of rest. For some, it takes 9 to 12 hours.

You can use the S2S methods, or your can use the Slow Squash Jelq methods. It's up to you. Whichever method or combo of methods work best for you. SSJ is better in terms of internal expansions. S2S is for 60% girth with 40% on length.

First thing, we need to find out the answers to the underlaying questions:

1. How experienced are you in PE?
2. How much aggressiveness or traction force as you pulling on your penis, and at the same time, what's the amount of pressure are you put on your penis (positive pressure to expand internal tissues)?
3. What is the length of time are you placing on each set?
4. How long did it take for your EQ to return back to normal from the iniital loss of EQ?
5. What do you do for post routine, such as massage, blood flow promoting, wrapping, etc?

We can evaluate your needs by breaking things down and solve your EQ issue at the source of the problems.

For jelqing it usually takes about 30 to 40 mins at night when i'm in bed watching TV. I usually shoot for 100 reps of that and I do this method(No idea what its called, found a video from some black guy that seems like he knew what he was talking about and he would do this two handed jelq where he trapped the blood in the member by following the first hand with the second; he did this once but I seemed to have gotten used to it and I do 100 reps of that technique straight every other day usually and try to take 2 rest day a week; This week I've taken 2 days off so far (As of today so yesterday and today). As for the S2S, I just do it until I hit the goal reps.

It was okay yesterday, better today, Im sure it'll be better tomorrow but I don't know how to plan the intensity because I was under the impressoin that its the consistency that makes the growth and not just large days unless I'm absolutely wrong and if I am, let me know lol.

Pre and post routine usually consists of streaching my member before and after jelq through an electric blanket(Up, down left and right), this is followed by a massage through the electric blanket and then some light massaging later in the shower.

Got it. It sounds like you are starting on a conditioning loading. It means you are creating a hard workout for your penis, but you're not to the point where you penis is completely spent. It'll be another 2 to 3 months before your penis will full adjust to the routines. For now, just ease up a bit. You can do a one day aggressive and one day moderate or lighter version. It will still work well. The EQ recovery will respond more rapidly.

Opphhfff. That's a directional double ULI jelq, where you push as much blood into the penis as possible. No wonder your penis reached fatigues. That's placing about 6inHg of positive pressure into the entire penis. Normally, you start out at 5inHg using only one hand OK grip at a time for the first month, just to allow the penis to get used to the new positive pressure. We crank 0.5inHg to 1inHg every month to every 1.5 months. You went from 0inHg to 6inHg and more in practically no conditioning time. No wonder your EQ suffered.

Let's reset the routines. Rather than going crazy, let's ease up and ease in. Single handed OK grip at the base this time. 30 seconds jelq from the base toward the glans, with a strong grip. To know how much tension you should be employing, get yourself the hardest erection you can. Take that as a measurement of your natural erection pressure. When you do the jelq, just a hair amount of pressure above that natural erection pressure. That's around 0.75inHg to 1inHg of additional positive pressure. Stay there for the next 3 weeks. Do as many reps as you want. 100 is a great start. But when you jelq, jelq downwards toward the ground or towards your feet if you're laying down.

By the way, stay away from adult entertainment while jelqing to prevent PIED. This is not a joke and it can be extremely dangerous as your body will depend on the entertainment to get the blood flowing.

Sounds like you got the pre-routine going well. Post routine, make sure to wrap the penis at the base lightly with a flex tape or use a cock ring. Just wrap the base, get some erection going to push in the blood, and allow the blood to leave the wrapped penis naturally within 5 minutes. Pay attentiont to the color of the penis and the numbness. Release the wrapping if you see dark color changes or slight numbness to the penis. The blood volume in the penis will keep it plump, and the blood helps the recovery and repair of the penis for the post routines.

However, keep the penis in an expanded flaccid state for 45 minutes to 60 minutes when doing girth work. This is to maximize your girth growth potential in the upcoming days.

that sounds like what i tried once . once. now i have zero dick. for over a year. its hell. pretty much just waiting to die. i either feel nothing or stuff i dont want to feel.

Do not have that attitude try to remain confident that we are doing everything possible to help you. @oldandlively has been incredible in helping you with his extensive knowledge. i know. im in mental hell. ive lost everything i ever knew at this point. im still trying for my family. i just cant very easy anymore

What does S2S mean? From what you have written, I believe your situation has everything to do with fatigue. The exercises you are doing is too new to your penis and you also seems to be overdoing it.

Though jelqing works, it can be dangerous and cause swollen veins if something goes wrong.

You should take a few days off to monitor your penis. Your erection will come back in less than a week. Just don't overtrain. I advise you follow the training procedures that every other person has been following on this forum.

Only do routines that are proven to work, routines that people did successfully in the past without damaging their erection.

Get yourself a LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging. It's very safe. I understand jelqing brings both length and girth gains but trust me, it is a bit risky too.

S2S or side-to-side. It's a method of jelqing to stretch from left to right, or right to left, or from up to down or down to up. Something like angled and DLD Buster jelqing. This is actually and old method used by hangers and pullers in the past. They go pretty intense at the pulling at the base of the penis while the penis is semi to fully erected.

This is was exactly how I jelq on 2017 and got a swollen vein. I grip my penis on both sides and stretch it moving the grip from base to right beneath the glans. I alternate my hands while doing it.

This made my vein to swell at the right side of my penis base.

Okay so Update; it seems to get good erections back I cannot do days in a row, sometimes I need like 2 days off it seems between; In your opinion, how optimal is this? I've tried the routine again on Friday and took a few days to see how long it would take to be able to get a nice boner again; checked some good entertainment and there we go yk so I know. take it from me, you wont know it hurts you until its already over. i never felt so good the day i lost it all. didnt even know

Don't force it. Allow the body to rest. The more you force to test, the worst it will get. Allow the system to rest and massage to optimize it. If the system wants to get a boner on its own because of the high free testosterone level, that's fine. However, don't force it. Otherwise, allows the system to rest as best as you can. Three weeks down time is a bare minimum.

Unfortunately, it won't. It's more of the cellular activities required to catch up with the damages. Testosterone will help with the sex drive and the blood delivery. However, the penis is like a wrecked car from a Fast and Furious race. We have to approach this case with specific methods while being as safe as possible. The first method is to get healthy doses of blood flow into the penis to get the cellular building blocks in there for repairs. But we don't want to add any more pressures from jelqing, stress loading by having constant boners through forced erections, and we need to prevent over pressurization that may cause the venous leak to become worst.

I've kept up in other forums as well, and there's a massive rise of this similar case across the world. I wish the brothers join this brotherhood for check and balance before their cases happened.

There are many who wish things they suffered to be wiped off the face of the planet as well. Examples are, flat world creation, greasy fried foods, meats, broccoli (this is a thing), bad drivers, Karens (sorry to those who names are Karen), bacteria, viruses, and the list can be a novel. What we are dealt with, we just need to find way to bounce back from it and become stronger.
