This is a pretty awesome base girth exercise. It also has the potential to correct and/or create a curve. You only need medium pressure when connected to the Bundle attachment of the LengthMaster as there will be little lateral stretching, so a comfortable setting is suggested.
Become 100% erect and in that state wrap and attach to the Bundle. Once in a comfortable setting you can train base girth by rotating handles slightly in either direction.
If attempting to correct or create a curve place the LengthMaster behind your knees while sitting or laying. Once pressure can be applied via the knees, both hands are free to "coax" erection in the direction of curvature correction/creation.
