Yeah I definitely agree, I was really focused on length for a long time, so much that I somewhat neglected girth work. Then I started focusing on girth work more and boom, I broke my length plateau and finally broke the 8" BPFSL barrier that I have been working on for damn near a year! Awesome stuff!

:)

Do you have anterior pelvic tilt?

I suffered from it and it made me stopped training. Now I need to start sitting properly cause I now know where the problem came from.

Stretch your hip flexors and work on glute exercises to fix the posture, over time this will aid you and when you're conscious of bad posture fix it especially when you walk

It doesn't affect me when I walk. It only happens when I sit and do girth work and its as a result of the way I sit. I no longer suffer from those chronic pains. When I get my bathmate, I will learn to sit properly. Thanks for the advice bro.

Well I've been using my X40 for about three months now, and I've noticed a few things along the way... I've definitely gotten some discoloration, which really doesn't bother me since it seems to fade some if I take a break for a few days, but if anyone has found any lotion that helps with it I'd give it a try. The second thing I noticed is that it definitely is working, it looks thicker and possibly a little longer. When I measured yesterday I was quite surprised by what I found. My girth hasn't really gone up much at all maybe 5.25" to 5.4", but I thought I had gained more by the look and feel. What really surprised me was my BPFSL, when I started using the X40 I was at 7.8" and yesterday I was at 8.25"! I seem to be gaining twice as much length for some reason, I'm wondering if it has to do with letting the bathmate hang while I shower once it gets a seal, since I really haven't been using my extender much since I'm pretty fatigued from the pump. Has anybody had similar results? It seems that I am the opposite of everybody on the forum and gaining length for some reason. Maybe it's a case of length coming before girth? Either way gains are gains so I'm pumped (pun intended)
hmmm i wish i had this problem lol length comes hard for me

IT may not affect you but it certainly will when you're older if you do have anterior pelvic tilt.

I was just the opposite! :) We all have challenges.

There might be some beneath in letting the bathmate hang facing down. But the bathmate or any penis pump will likely bring some length gains over time.

Correct

It just seems odd that I'm gaining 2x more length than girth, but maybe it's just an initial thing and it will shift to girth as I keep going.
I'm the other way around. I have wrote this before, but; I mostly gain girth (getting expansion) with the Bathmate pumps. I even expand into the sides (into the rubber creases) so the "gator" gets me every time, sometimes I get bruised.
("gator" == rubber creases).

When I started out using the hydromax 5, I increased my expansion in length a little over the 6" line (starting at the: 4.5" to 5" line), but now I only get stuck in the "gator". It took some time to get there. I need the 7 wide boy now.

So maybe you are correct, when you start out you mostly expand on the length, but I think it's diffrent for different people.

The guy that got me into Bathmate pumps, seems to only need the regular (he started at hydromax 5) hydromax 7 and he gets most expansion in length. He have pumped for a long time, and he do not do anything else then Bathmate and Jelqing.
This guy wasn't even close to hitting the walls in the pump.

A good exercise for posture is deadlift. If you do it correctly, it's superior to anything else. You become strong as an ox doing it.

And you reclaim any loss in height

My ability to keep my body in a more upright position, it's easier when performing deadlift (everything gets more stable). Also my back pain reduces. It was 26 days ago I was at the gym. My posture is bad. Need to get back to it.
