20 mins of hanging at the heaviest I can and wrapping up with an Ace bandage after hanging. Simple, effective. Ive also been swinging, which has helped me maintain a weight for longer time without having to increase it. This way I can hit various angles while hanging and increase/decrease intensity while hanging. Check the link in my signature. Its particularly helpful when you no longer get the right intensity from a specific amount of weight but aren't quite ready to increase it yet either.
