The brand of Vitamin E oil I used is Pure&Basic. And now that I checked, my oil is 21000 I.U! Damn. Well, I still advocate using it in strict moderation. I didn't use it in "downtown", but on my face and while it worked, the way it worked wasn't the most pleasing way as mentioned.
Using lubrication while pumping, for me at least, makes it possible to get more from the session. As in your penis would slide along the cylinder walls easier and therefore help. Certainly has helped me!
Let's both bottom out the X30! Sometimes a inbetween size would be fantastic, like you said about the X35. .

I do a variation of 5x5x3 quite often, where I might pump for 3-7 minutes and then jelq and massage for 3-7 minutes. Varies on how I am feeling quite much, but in total the program follows the 5x5x3 guideline; less fluid retention, more actual growth factor.

I began at 6.50"/5.50" (I probably rounded-up, but pretty close to that measurement) and I'm currently 7.75"/6.75" and hoping to get to 9"/7". The X40 modded w/the VV for the 1st year along with lots of Kegels/stretches/RK's and then I added The Goliath (modded, of course) which allowed for a more comfortable 'full-package' pump. About 2 months ago I incorporated The LM and now use that in the shower as well. After my morning session, I usually use a hair-tie in lieu of a CR for a couple of hours.
The best part, (at least in my mind) is that I'm now much more of a shower vs. grower with an easy 5" flaccid hang

You made those length gains from mainly using the bathmate and doing some stretches and probably erect stretches too. Am I correct? I want to be like you.

I discovered 'expressive stretches' while in my X40 very early after I modded it, (the suction was so powerful that I could literally do jumping-jacks and it would stay attached), and I also would trap The BM between my knees for a straight-downward stretch which I would do while performing all my rudimentary shower duties.
When sitting in my car I would bend myself behind my cheeks and stretch while driving. Anytime I attained an erection, I would pull/stretch it in all directions.
The most powerful exercise for me is Kegeling while in The X40 at max pressure and pressing the cylinder into my pelvis, then releasing and doing a RK...do this 50+ reps and you'll definitely feel 'something' going on down there, lol
