Not exactly. What I was trying to say is, that "edging" with a cock ring may be more accurately described as a clamping session (i.e. a girth workout) than an edging session in the traditional definition because edging in the traditional sense is supposed to serve a better stamina, EQ, sensibility etc. while a girth workout's primary target is - not surprisingly - to increase girth. But with the high external pressure induced by a cock ring (which, of course, can also be adjusted to the practitioner's needs, flipped into an edging session with lower pressure and depends on the ring, too) and the big temp. expansion one can achieve by this method, it equals a girth workout more than a traditional edging session. See what I mean?
Of course you can additionally SSJ with that ring and I'd guess that this is even more effective, but still: if Longth's getting really good results with this I don't see any reason to change the game.

and ya but all i meant was that if longth wants to gain faster then he should do SSJ's or else he can do what his psychology says as that is more important so it stays positive as he knows he is gaining which will keep his PI up also..
