I actually almost got in a fist fight with Chuck back when I lived in DC. I was walking along the Mall with a friend in DC and some guy slammed into me as he walked by as I got pissed and turned to the guy to ask WTF? I went on to threaten to kick his ass. First off Happy Thanksgiving to all those the observe the holiday. I have a lot to be thankful for.
Second, just cause it is a holiday doesn't mean training stops. I hung 3 sets of 15 min each at 15lbs. Actually guys I think I've been cheating myself in my words but not in my work out. I have a 10lbs plate and a 5 lb plate equaling 15lbs right duh. What I haven't been accounting for was the weight holder which weighs 2lbs. So I have to count that as weight right? I guess I've actually been hanging 17 lbs this past week. Right?
 
Of course you count that extra weight! Are you following my progressive hanging method outlined in the how to guide?

I'm going to start next week. I was just trying to ease back into this week to see how things go with the new hanger. Next week I'm going to add another 2.5lbs since that's all the weight plates I have and see how that goes.

I added a 2.5lb plate. Hung 3 sets 15 min each with 19.5lbs. The last set was a little struggle towards the end but I was still able to get it in.
 
Good bro. Told you you'll surpass your old record soon. Don't rush it but you'll get a new record weekly or monthly soon enough. You really got me thinking about getting the hanger haha. Wonder what new record I would get? Definitely holds the penis a better way. Then again, I won't let my Lengthmaster go either. Decisions, decisions.

It was a tough decision. I had just bought my LM and was hoping I could make it work for me for hanging but just could never get it comfortable. I think the LM is a great tool and can be used for several different exercises I just never could get it right for me to hang. So far I've really enjoyed the hanger. I feel a big stretch using it and the "discomfort" if you call it that, is from the stretch and not at the attachment point. I'm still being reserved on my excitement too much till I can match and exceed what I was hanging with the LM. So far though everything is looking good. I'm actually hanging right now as I'm writing this. Feeling goooood!

Hung 3 sets 15 min each with 19.5 lbs. All 3 sets felt really good. A good stretch thru out. Oddly enough the last set felt better than the first. That 45 min of hanging felt like it flew by today.

Sounds good. Are you still using the Lengthmaster for other exercises or just hanging as a priority? I hope both, that way your hitting all angles for the best possible gains.

Yes, the feeling of hanging the right way makes it feel like the smallest orgasm spread out over the whole session. That dull, deep stretch is knowing you're doing it right. Can't wait to hear about your gains in the NEAR future.

Right now just due to normal life stuff I just hang. I do use my Penomet for 10 min directly after hanging to force fresh blood in and get a good pump and then either wrap all day or use my VLC depending on what I'm doing at work. I'll also repump for about 15 min at night and wrap for the night. I know there's a lot more I can do but life just doesn't allow it right now. I'm hoping I'm one of the lucky ones like SWM or Dashdeming that got results from just hanging. I'm about an inch away from where I want to be so I'm going to keep my routine for about 6 months and see where I'm at. If things don't progress by then then I'll have to reevaluate my routine but I know my routine that I'm doing now will take some time and dedication so I'm not going to sweat it right now. I just knew I had to find a good comfortable way to hang so I can get to heavier weight where I'm hoping will get me to my goal.

Yeah so far everything is going good. You have a good device here. The simplicity of the wrap is amazing. I had thought that I would have to wrap real heavy to be able to hang and yet a couple small pieces of wrap is all it takes with this device. Makes the hanging session a little bit easier. I have been reserved on my excitement with the hanger til I surpass the last weight I hung with the LM but I feel like that won't be a problem. Thanks for your help and I pretty sure you won't have to worry about the deal we made :)
 
No problem. Every guy is a little different, but those who DO have an issue and then, actually reach out to me for help, I'm able to help. Amazing how that works. Just make sure as you move up in weight, your anchor is in fact remaining solid and you keep the hanger as tight as possible. There's no such thing as "too tight". Always tighten some more after the first few minutes of each set. The interstitial fluid gets pushed out and allows for more tightening. Stay wrapped between sets and massage. I think you mentioned you are already doing these things though. I'm here if you need me. Don't forget to email me for any other questions, or a quicker reply if needed.
