when it comes to stretching, warming up is a must or I will turtle like crazy. Girth, its iffy, it either lessens my EQ or my expansion will be incredible. I know the political answer is to say yes but its personal preference.
 
If there is time it is always best to warm up and down, if time is milted at least start your session out light and allow yourself to loosen up naturally.
 
I do not warm up. I just go in to Penis Enlargement everyday directly. Is this a bad thing? I mean does warming up before Penis Enlargement make you gain more faster?

I never warmed up neither when I was actively training for length gains. But it is good to warmup, as this will help you avoid injury.

I normally start my routine and go gently for the first 5 minutes. That first 5 minutes of the routine is what I use as my warmup.
