Been on this routine for 3 weeks I have lost 6 pounds (which I am not sure if it is good or bad) and I can see a lot more muscle. My total weight loss goal is 40 pounds so now I have 34 more pounds to go. At this rate it will take me 5 months and I am not ok with that. I need to kick up the weight loss so I can be at my target weight by end of August.
I agree but as things are going I am kind of disappointed in my weight loss so far. I have weighed myself twice and on one occasion (3 days ago) I lost 6 pounds but today on another scale I gained 11 pounds. I need to figure out what I am doing wrong unless one of the scales were wrong.
Yesterday I was so pissed off that I just stuffed myself with 5 hot dogs with no buns, a handful of roast beef, carnation instant breakfast and two protein bars all before bed. I feel better today and guilty about yesterday. I am just going to stick with the diet and exercise and not worry about weighing myself until August.
I'm curious to find out if anyone continued growing in PE length wise and became 9 inches in length and such person has a fat pad? I'm thinking that for me to get to 9 inches, I must get rid of my fat pad. I'm currently 8 inches bone pressed. All the long cocks I've seen on this forum has a flat stomach. Any ideas?
Stupid me. I wasn't 8 inches at the time I created this thread. I was measuring wrongly by placing the ruler by the side of the penis and pressing it against my body.
By the time I realized I was measuring wrongly and I wasn't close to 8 inches, I fell into depression.
