If you want to make the penis stuck in the about to blow position that's exactly the point of a cock ring. It's actually possible to get an epic pump with one but it can be a bit dangerous to jump into. I use it with bathmate to train girth. Depending on how your girth gains come you may want to try edging with a ring in a few months. At least give it a go for sex though. After a bathmate I've had my dick set at hilariously huge with a ring for sex. Downright �naked people movies�.

So I did actually like splitting it into two, made it a bit more easy on myself, and most like more bang for my buck. Hopefully the gains will come even quicker, my flaccid penis is bigger then it was, my erect penis is also bigger. I'll take measurements in around two weeks. :)


Kick ass routine! Splitting up the routine is very smart and the way I have always trained. I allows for optimal focus on girth and length, which both require a different kind of focus. I believe this type of routine brings the fastest gains.
 
Friday I tried but I literally had no time, oh well it happens.
I measured today and I'm bigger then 6.25" now probably 6.35-6.4" getting up there.
Today's session was only length, no girth added today, tomorrow I will however.

I'm hoping to achieve 7" by around March 20th or something. The weird thing is my BPFSL isn't changing to much. It kinda sits at around 6.9"-7", I'm hoping to see an increase in it. But can someone give me like an extreme length routine I can follow for a bit, I really want to get the most out of length rather than girth at first, I'm so fascinated at the fact of an 8" penis and that's my short term goal and really want to get that as quick as possible with being fluent and reasonable about it, and eventually even being happy with 8" I will still go for 9" because who the hell doesn't want a 9" penis haha. All comments are welcome and more than appreciated, thanks brothers.

Since this is the start you need to give the penis time to acclimate. The harder you pull the more it wants to pull back. Until you get used to things you are going to have on an off days. The important thing is this, you want to gain fast... we all do. I honestly have given myself 1 year to get 1" and 3 years for 2". If I hit 9" BPEL I would fall over dead with excitement. However I understand that day in and day out is important. Just like your arms, you do not gain 1 inch on biceps in a week. It takes 4-6 weeks for that if you are dedicated. PE is a lot more demanding and harder than building a bicep, so such results should be looked at with optimism. I think we can all reach our length goals, it is simply a matter of if we have the endurance and dedication to do so. I think to myself, if I had stuck with PE for the last 5 years (I have been on and off). I would more than likely already be where I wanted to be by now. Stay motivated and make time each day.

Just time for a little rest bro. I am having to do the same too, had some spots pop up in my session (burst capillaries) gonna let it rest for 1-2 days myself as well. Except for Kegals, I am always doing those.

I am still a newbie myself bro (just over 3 months). Just stay consistent and the gains will come, be sure not to overtrain either. Overtraining = Injury, Injury = Downtime, Downtime = No Gains ... ;) It's okay to take rest days. Think of it like going to the gym, your body needs days off to repair those muscles. Those rest days are the days the muscles actually grow and get bigger, as they repair from the work they did before. Same principles here, so don't neglect your rest bro!

Stay consistent, be smart, listen to the experts here and stay active with the brotherhood. You CAN make those gains!

I just did the same thing in my BJJ class bro. Tore my meniscus, it doesn't require surgery but it's 3 weeks off... sucks. Hoping it's nothing serious for you bro.

With training there sometimes is temporary shrinkage from fatigue. Nothing to worry about or become discouraged over.
