My name is Joel, I'm 18 years old and decided to get into P.E, more for myself to gather more confidence and to just have a larger package. I don't exactly know my size but I'm around 6.5" BPEL and girth seems average to some. I'm looking to gain length but also girth, this is my journey to 8.5"-9" in length and 5.5" in girth, I'll keep updated, as I'm going to start my routine tomorow (Monday). My routine will be DLD's noobie routine, bathmate, and sizegenetics. I'm looking to gain fast and I'm willing to do at all costs, but at the same time staying healthy. A few questions for you guys is how long do you think it will take? (I'm looking for more general time) I know there is some people who grow at astonishly fast rates with inches in months and crazy quick people. I have never done P.E before so I'm hoping I obtain good gains. I'll keep updated with pictures sooner or later. I'm going to stay away from rulers however because I'd like to just see it all when it happens. Thanks for reading and please reply to the question.

Welcome my Brother! Your plans sound great my only advice is to read through SRT to get the most out of your routine especially since you are using the SizeGenetics and BathMate. I will keep a close eye on your routine and help out where I can.
 
If you're after 2 inches that's definitely attainable but how long it takes is a bit hard to guess on. The reasons some gain faster are extensively varied and that part is going to come down to your physiology. You might see terrific gains off the newbie routine, or you may gain squat and have to move on to the heavy stuff.

The best thing you can do is be ridiculously consistent. Be militant about it. Follow the routine verbatim and see what gains you can get from it. A common theory is give it three months to work, then measure. I don't have anywhere near that kind of patience, so I measure monthly at least. Often times every two weeks. I am a bit impatient though, and I do think a more methodical approach is probably the best bet for someone new.

The only other thing I can tell you is I was about your size when I started, and I am over 8 now. That took me about 8 months of focused length work. Your goal seems pretty ideal to me. I was originally going for about 10, but as I continue to crawl up the ruler, I'm starting to see how unreasonable that is. The 5.5 girth goal might not be as satisfactory once you have that length, but it is definitely something you can work out after and, with a bathmate, it's not nearly as difficult as length. Maybe that's just me, but I kinda doubt it. Thing is a girth busting monster.

So give it a few months, see how that goes, and if you have questions there's a buttload of us here to throw some ideas on the board.

What an incredible post! I love you take on being militant about this because PE demands extreme discipline and motivation. And your advice on gaining 2" remains supportive while giving a rational answer. I am very impressed and I thank you.

It's what mos is built on right? I wonder if it's possible to quantify the number of people your experience has helped. It might not win a Nobel, but it's hard to deny it gives people something you really can't buy. To me, that's pretty cool.
 
MOS wouldn't be so great site if Brothers who know things bout PE kept all their knowledge for themselves, MOS is built on SHARING experience and putting an effort to help others, newbies etc. That's my opinion and conclusion about this community, I am here since July 2014, not so big period but I see what's going on here.
 
Hey guys so today was a good day. I have before pictures for everyone and this is entirely before I began.
Todays Work was all DLD's Newbie Routine, no bathmate and no extender. Partially because my bathmate has not came in the mail yet and not enough money for the extender just yet, but I thought a Monday was a good day to start nonethe less. I will post pictures every Monday and my routine everyday that I do it, I've decided 6-7 days will be great for me and hopefully the gains are super quick!

Everyday I do it I will post a log 6/7 days so I'm here to stay. Every Monday I will post progress photos, sorry for no ruler couldn't find one thought a toilet paper roll should do the trick to show where I'm starting from. Before is before any P.E ever. I'm hoping to gain super quick but not being exactly overzealous because I'm trying very hard to abstain from injury. Follow on the journey guys!

But anyways Day 2 of P.E Included

Warm Up: Warm bath towel for 5 minutes

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds

All X2, and doing a 3rd set of these at around 3 P.M then probably another set before I go to bed.

5 more minutes of Jelqing, during this session I thought I'd Kegel also.
Then to top it off hard stretching, which I also kegeled. I'm pretty sure I'm kegeling right, but just want massive gains ;)

Warm Down: Today I took a well needed 30-45 minute shower, shaved down there and everything. My size after the pretty intense jelqing, a lot of more slow then fast during the 5 minutes made me nice and thick and gives me a good estimate to what my size after I go soft should eventually look like and I do like it a lot. My head seems to also be bigger in only 2 days of P.E so that gives me motivation, and my veins are sticking out very very nicely.

I then topped off 100 kegel squeezes and 10 kegel holds for 5 seconds and release for 2.

On Thursday I will be recieving my bathmate and then I'll add that into the sequence, and eventually in a week or two get my Size Genetics.

Great workout and excellent pictures! I love when men have the guts to shoot pictures because when you grow bigger it is a massive inspiration to everyone and you become an instant start in the Brotherhood. I think many guys doubt PE and do not take pictures because they do not fully believe but after they grow a couple inches they wish they took the pictures:) I will be following you progress everyday.
 
Yeah, DLD, I'm doing this for myself but also for other people as inspiration, since I haven't exactly came along anyone on here whos posted before and after pictures in actuality. About an hour ago I did my 3rd set of stretching and in a couple hours the 4th set. Tomorrow I'm going to do the exact routine except 10 minutes of jelqing and 10 minutes of SSJ followed by 5 more minutes of jelqing. And this time I'm implementing some DLD Blasters because I'm trying to get length quicker then girth, I've always been fascinated by length more, but overtime I'd rather be 9" by 6" for a all together better looking penis and instead of a pencil dick. But I've also noticed a lot of people on this forum stop posting when they swear they're going to and get unmotivated due to lack of results. But I can swear to the brothers that that's not me, I want to grow and I will grow, and stories like yours DLD give me motivation as me and you were around the same starting size BPEL and now you're a slinger. But like I've said I will be posting pictures every Monday so stay tuned brothers, this is just the beginning! And I will also be posting logs every day including Sunday, even though it is my day off of P.E.

Whatup brothers!!! Back again for the 3rd day and my routine as of today, I got the bathmate in and ehh, it didn't work today. There's always tomorrow and I'm going to switch up the routine, or maybe I just didn't go hard enough the first two times in the bathmate. I'll tell you as it happened.
So I got my basic stretching in,
10 minute warm up wet warm towel
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Hopped into the tub due to excitement,
5 minutes of jelqing
5 minutes of bathmate
5 minutes of jelqing
5 minutes of bathmate
3 minutes if jelqing,
3 minutes of bathmate.

Stretching again did it right after, and then ended with 100 kegels, I do kegels all throughout the day randomly.

I didn't notice any temporary gains from bathmate, I think this is because I didn't go hard enough the first two times. Tomorrow I'm not gonna do the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) and instead start with 10 minutes jelqing, 10 minutes SSJ and then 17 minutes in the bathmate.
LMAO Really looking to gain length, DLD or anyone can you give me a routine for length quick :D

Nice routine, and good comparison with the roll.

I'm kinda stuck on wanting my fat pad like that. I'd look villainous. We should race and see if you hit your goal before I get anywhere near that kind of shape.

You should see an immediate improvement using the 5x5x3 technique. You can also add to the sets if you feel up to it, some men are going for 5 sets, some even more. It all depends on how you feel after the 3 session.
 
So today I got a quick session in but it all counts right?!
Basic stretching 30 seconds each only 1x until sometime later tonight.
5 minutes jelqing
15 minutes bathmate.
100 kegels, but I literally do these so much and idek if I'm doing them right, I wing it.

At around 7-830 tonight I'm going to do
10 minutes of jelqing
10 minutes of SSJ
50 blasters and stretching.

How big are you right now? And whats your weight? But I think I have a small fat pad, not too visible. I worked out for around a year and a half using absolutely no weights and was a lot bigger and weighed more. But slowly lost it, but I'm very athletic and play sports. Basketball all the time which gives me great endurance, and lacrosse, also helped with endurance. I do plan on starting to actually use weights and going back to the gym, but I'd rather have a bigger member first haha:cool:
 
I've got you tomorrow with the 5x5x3 yesterday I couldn't even get 140 in the bathmate, guess a noobie doesn't know what hes doing, but today I got around 150-165 and I did see a decent size increase, but I feel like I always just go soft in the bathmate even watching �naked people movies�. Help sos
