I had my first good session with the hanger today. I got my wrapping down, I used an athletic prewrap its spongy and soft.
Hopefully I dont get much thicker or it might not fit in the hanger ... I didn't want to add weights yet, so i pulled manually straight down and to the left/right for about twenty minutes. I did not get any slipping and it actually felt good in a weird way lol. I was able to do my normal pumping after the hanging without too much extra fatigue. Next time I'm going to try just hanging two pounds from it and walking around the bathroom for awhile.
