Hey and thanks for the responses. I am currently doing dld blasters, __________ stretch and just simple manual stretches. I don't have any equipment yet, I am planning to get some equipment eventually but for now I am just doing manual exercises.
I usually just do these exercises as long as I can. Could be 10 minutes to 2 hours at max.
I am using high intensity already but could maybe pull harder, somewhat hard to get good grip though.
