Bundle stretches are so insane for gaining length and breaking down the tunica to allow for better expansion in girth work. Good to hear you are doing these!

But because marijuana keeps making me give up easily on things, I gave out the SG again for a third time. Now I've bought my 4th SG and I've vowed to die or gain 1 inch in 3 months. Today is my 6th day doing 4 hours SG and 1 hour LengthMaster session and by 8th of September I want to be 9inches bone pressed. Ever since I created a progress thread here last year august 23, I've gained almost an inch on length. By September I will be 9 inches bone pressed no doubt.
Damn dude. 4 sgs? That company must love you. I don't understand why you kept buying them and giving them away. Just stash it in your closet or something.

Marijuana was my reason for giving up on PE in the past. When I bought the SG the 3rd time, I already stopped smoking for 3 months and then I did the SRT routine for one month and gained half inch in length. I resumed smoking and threw the SG to a friend. Now I've totally quit smoking for the betterment of my life.

Marijuana is most likely the culprit of my weight gain. I have decided to switch smoking time to be after I take my sleep meds, this way I get an hour of a good buzz and I fall asleep before the hunger kicks in:)

And man, they are so different =D

They really are all about safety and slow but steady gains.

In one thread someone asks about the MoS LengthMaster and an experienced member was like: "It's way too intense, why would you ever need 2 hands to do your stretches? It's just DLD making money. Stay with the Newbie Routine"

"Stay with the newbie routine" That's the one sentence I've read the most, no matter which forum it was.

And you should not use any PE equipment during your first 6 months, because of risk of injury and you should keep your options if you hit a plateau.

They also see no good in the Phallosan, too expensive, only increases BPFSL and not BPEL.

It's weird seeing the different approaches to PE.

Anyone else here who browses through other (non American) boards sometimes?

Most of the PE forums are like that. They promote slow training and you rarely see people there who has made big gains. Here on MOS, you will see advance exercises and members with a 7 inches girth and 9 inches length.

When you visit those forums, you will be thankful for joining MOS.
